For local businesses
Simple tools for your business, priced to stay affordable.
We make websites, and the things you reach for during service: bookings, a register, one place for the day. Tell us what’s getting in the way. We’ll suggest only that, and we’ll keep the price low.
- Websites
- Everyday tools
- Bookings
A sample, not a client project.
The gap
Service is solid. The paperwork isn’t.
You look after people well in the room. Then calls, chats, and scraps of paper eat the rest of the day.
«We work out what you need, then suggest an affordable way to handle it.»
You’re hard to find on a phone
Hours, address, menu, or how to book aren’t obvious. People don’t hunt. They open the next result.
Bookings live in five places
A call here, a chat there, a note on the counter. On a full shift, one of them gets missed.
Nothing holds the details
Appointments, customers, notes, and reminders are scattered. What’s missing is a simple record that follows your routine.
The packaged options are oversized
A generic platform, or a website sold as complete, costs more and adds clutter when you only needed one piece.
Services
The website, and the tools behind the counter.
Restaurants, bars, salons, retailers, gyms. We help you get found, take bookings, or keep the day on record, without inflating the bill.
Websites
Clear on a phone: who you are, what you offer, when you’re open, how to reach you. No pages you’ll never use.
A record of the day
Appointments, customers, requests, and notes, set up around the way you already work.
Bookings
A calendar attached to the business, so a request isn’t left sitting in a chat.
Site and tools in one flow
Someone finds you, books, and the booking shows up where you actually work.
Built onto a site you have
If the website is already up and still not enough, we add a calendar, a register, or a page that explains things.
Support sized to the job
A site that rarely changes and a tool you open every day don’t need the same care. We set support to match.
How it works
We learn the day. Then we build.
Four steps, one person to talk to, and no extras thrown in to make the project look larger.
- 01
You walk us through it
How people find you, what you write down, and where time disappears.
- 02
We cut it back
The smallest fix that solves it, with a price we keep low on purpose.
- 03
We build it with you
A website, bookings, or a management tool. You hear from us as it takes shape, in ordinary language.
- 04
Support, if you want it
Aftercare isn’t a standard bundle. It depends on how often the tool is used.
Pricing
The bill stays low because the scope stays honest.
We don’t put every business on the same monthly fee. We look at yours and recommend the smallest version.
You only need to be found
What you’re usually sold
A website dressed up as a large project, with pages a small business never opens.
With NegoziLab
A few clear pages. Less to make, so it costs less. Nothing you won’t use.
You need people to book
What you’re usually sold
Software that’s identical for everyone, still charging you for features you skip in a quiet month.
With NegoziLab
A calendar for your business. You pay for what you use, not for a package.
You need the day in one place
What you’re usually sold
A system built for every industry: higher cost, more screens, and a workflow that isn’t yours.
With NegoziLab
A register for appointments, customers, requests, or notes. It follows how you work, and stays inexpensive because unused pieces stay out.
No flat monthly fee
A website that barely changes and a tool you use every day are not the same cost.
Examples, not quotes
The cards above show how we approach the work. They are not other companies’ offers.
A free quote
We name a price after we understand the job. No obligation.
Licences on their own
If a third-party product is required, we say what it costs before you decide.
No prices posted for show
The first conversation is free, and it doesn’t commit you.
Samples
The kind of work we do.
NegoziLab is new, so these are demonstrations, not commissions. Real projects will take their place when they exist.
Sample

A barbershop page with the service list and a way to book a time.

Why us
Smaller jobs. Clearer conversations.
One person to talk to, if you want software that fits the business instead of swallowing it.
Inexpensive on purpose
We start with the smallest version that fixes the problem. We don’t add work so the project looks impressive.
Not only the website
Bookings, customers, the shape of the day: we can build those too. The site is one part of the job.
No identical plans
A quiet website and a tool you open daily don’t belong on the same plan. The price follows the case.
Ordinary language
We say what it changes in your day. Not a catalogue of features you won’t open.
FAQ
Questions we get
Plain answers. If yours isn’t here, write to us.
What will it cost?
We don’t publish a price list. A simple website and a system for bookings or records are different jobs. We listen, suggest something we keep inexpensive on purpose, and send a free quote.
Is it only websites?
No. We also build what you use through the day: bookings, customer records, notes, and requests, on their own or alongside the site.
Why no monthly plans?
Because the upkeep isn’t the same. A website that rarely changes and a tool you use every day need different support. We price that for you, instead of starting everyone on one fee.
Do I need to be technical?
No. It should slip into the day you already have. You shouldn’t have to learn office software to use it.
Can you use the website I already have?
Yes. We can tidy it, take things out, or add bookings and a register if that’s the gap.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the job. The timing is part of the quote, once we know what you need.
Tell us how the day works. We’ll tell you what to build, and what it costs.
A website, bookings, or a tool you open during service. The price stays low because we leave out what you don’t need.
